Whether you're looking for something simple or more elaborate, our elves will help design a lighting display through rendering software to help you get an idea about your specific preferences.
Once your design and budget are finalized, we will then schedule a time to visit your property where our crew will get to work on the installation.
For the entire season, should you have any outages or issues, our team will return to take
care of the problem. Maintenance is included with your original quote & therefore completely free!
After the holidays, our team will schedule removal, you don’t have to worry about a thing! Our elves will bring the lights back to the north pole for storage until next year!
After the holidays, Do you remove the lights?
all of our quotes include design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. Takedown usually starts in the beginning of January.
Am I buying the lights, or are they leased?
100% of our services are based on leasing the lights from us. However, since all lights
are custom cut and fit to your house,
you will receive a 15% discount every
consecutive year you hire us!
If a light bulb goes out, is it under warranty?
We have a guaranteed service timeline, and
maintenance is inluded, the
same-day or next-day for free!
What type of decorations do you offer?
Roof lighting, tree lights, custom wreaths, driveway lighting, stucco lighting and custom backlit silhouettes are all available.
